Team & Organisational Cohesion

Awareness * Relationships * Culture

We bring together cognition (awareness) cooperation/collaboration (relationships) and culture into an integrated, flexible framework that considers how these different factors interact with each other to enhance cohesion within a team or organisation.

Acting on our Collective Conscience

Our behavioural approach to developing and acting on our collective consciousness with purpose emphasises the importance of specific actions and behaviours that can promote a sense of unity, trust, and purpose within a team, group or organisaiton. The approach is grounded in the belief that collective consciousness is not just a state of mind but also a set of observable behaviours that can be learned and practiced. By modelling and reinforcing these behaviours, individuals within a team or organisation can work together towards a shared sense of purpose and direction.

The behavioural approach to developing and acting on our collective consciousness with purpose involves defining the purpose, identifying desired behaviours, reinforcing positive behaviours, correcting negative behaviours, modelling the desired behaviours, and evaluating progress regularly. By changing our actions and behaviours, we can promote collective consciousness and achieve our goals as a group.

The framework integrates various aspects of human behaviour and interaction, in a way that creates the social conditions that deepen interpersonal connections, strengthen cooperation and collaboration, and foster harmony between self-interest and collective interest in the pursuit of a shared purpose.

Cognition (Awareness)

We guide individuals, teams and organisations to enhance awareness of their own biases, limitations, and assumptions, which helps promote empathy and understanding toward colleagues. By considering cognition within the framework, we can identify and address factors that may hinder effective communication or decision-making at the indicvidual, team or organisational level.

Cooperation/Collaboration (Relationships)

Relationships are the foundation of a successful organisation. By incorporating relationships into a cohesive framework, we can create a space for individuals to work together and effectively coordinate their efforts.

Culture (Values & Beliefs)

An organisation's culture shapes the attitudes, behaviours, and values of its people. By considering culture within the framework, we are recognising the importance of shared beliefs, values, practices, and norms that influence individual and group behaviour and attitudes.
