Our very own culture is not only guided by our values and beliefs, it is also underpinned by our commitment to ......
"Choosing courage over comfort, choosing what is right over what is fun, fast or easy; and choosing to practice our values rather than simply professing them" - Brene Brown
Intentional integrity refers to the alignment between our intentions and our actions. It involves having a clear understanding of our own values, beliefs, and motivations, and then making choices, and taking actions, that are consistent with those values, beliefs, and motivations.
In other words, our intentional integrity, not only provides us with a clear understanding of our values and beliefs, but they actively work to ensure that our actions and decisions are consistent with them. We do not engage in behaviours that contradict or undermine our intentions. This is fundamental for building trust and credibility, both with ourself and with others, and for creating a sense of personal coherence and authenticity.
Intentional integrity is powerful, but it requires a deep level of self-awareness and an ongoing commitment to personal improvement.
"Never believe that a few caring people can't change the world. For, indeed, that's all who ever have" - Margaret Mead
Caring for yourself, caring for others, caring for the organisation, and caring for the environment
Culture Craft is dedicated to 'making caring common'. One of our core missions is to help organisations create a culture in which caring behaviours are valued and promoted. This means everybody is encouraged to demonstrate empathy, kindness, and compassion towards others, and these behaviours are seen as essential to the success of the organisation.
In practical terms, making caring common involves setting expectations for caring behaviours, and recognising and rewarding individuals who exhibit these behaviours. It involves a commitment from the leadership and all members of the organisation, to create an environment in which caring is supported and encouraged.
